Our Story
Health and Wellness of Central Florida was founded on a strong belief in holistic health. After chiropractic care and functional wellness turned Dr. Bob’s own health journey around, he became an advocate for natural health care that allows your body to do its own healing.
His experience working in hospitals while serving in the military showed him the limitations of merely treating symptoms. As one patient after another left medical care without experiencing any real improvements, Dr. Bob knew there had to be a better way—and wanted to help make better health care happen.
Dr. Bob opened our practice with a vision of providing quality care for the nervous system to help it function at its best. By clearing your body of nerve interference, he helps equip you with everything you need to tap into your own healing power—no drugs or chemicals required!

After over a decade of success in boosting patients’ wellness naturally, we made the leap to open our [AS] location and connect even more people with dynamic health results. Dr. Bob knew this clinic was a fit as soon as he saw the opportunity, as it was just 10 minutes from his house and near many people in need of chiropractic care.
Since opening the Lutz clinic in 2014, we’ve loved watching the area grow around us. One by one, residents of the community and Land O’ Lakes who aren’t getting results from other chiropractors choose our practice and finally feel better.
